PAUL BURKE’S TRAINING PROGRAMS

1. NUTRITION AND TRAINING PROGRAM FOR THE YEAR: This is a complete package that includes the following: (Members: $599.00) (Non-Members: $699.00)
Each client will get a “Burke’s Law” book and Training DVD as part of this program.
All of Paul's programs are varied as Paul really tries to tailor them to each individual. Reading the Book and watching the Training DVD is an essential part of the program.
In general, if you want a complete work-up for training and dietary compliments (for bodybuilding, health and longevity; all the while having access to Paul (Burke, not a trainee): then this is the right program for you. Personal contact is done via 800# and e-mail. Paul returns all calls and emails within 24 hours in this program.

2. NUTRITION AND TRAINING PROGRAM FOR THREE MONTHS: This is all of the aforementioned; however your correspondence time with Paul will be three months. (Members: $499.00) (Non-members: $599.00)

3. NUTRITION AND TRAINING PROGRAMS ONLY/ WITH ONLY TWO PHONE CALLS AND ONE WEEK OF CORRESPONDENCE: There are some of you who may just want the programs custom made for you and go on your way without Paul’ assistance. (Members: $429.00) (Non-members: $479.00)

In general, if you want a complete work-up for training and dietary compliments (for bodybuilding, health and longevity; all the while having access to Paul (Burke, not a trainee) you have come to the right place. DETAILS:
You, as a new and special client, will be sent a very lengthy questionnaire: and, from the answers, Paul will diagnose your muscular skeletal strengths and weaknesses; and from there he will build you an individuated routine that will get you optimal results. Also, in that questionnaire, are those specific questions that address your present dietary habits. Then, Paul will get your new diet to you, using a concise formula for each person’s presentations. Paul will also use a calculation based on body-fat%, lean mass, future muscle needs, known allergens, his own belief system of Paleolithic dieting, and client’s dislikes and likes of various foods.
Once you get the program; you will then begin a dialogue with Paul and that usually is by phone (Toll Free from anywhere in the World). Paul finds it much easier to talk someone through a thought, or ideology, than write one (although both client and Paul will be doing a lot of writing).
Once you get on your way; Paul asks for updates, at first, every week, and the second and third months, every twenty days. (This way, you have a mentor for an entire year, with whom you will be in constant communication with so as to ensure maximal results).
